My name is Alex Flouros and i'm a guitar player from Greece...

My current band is called "Fragile Vastness" and it is a prog-metal oriented band mixed with many elements like jazz,fusion,latin,folk etc...We have released an album named "Excerpts" from Sleaszy Rider Records...We are working full time these days on our 2nd album that will hopefully be releashed in a few months..

The band has also contributed with a song on a Firehouse tribute cd called "Don't Tribute Bad" with the song "Reach For The Sky"...

I also have a guest apprearance on Bob Katsionis solo album named "Imaginary Force"..to the song "Ouzo"....

Other guest performances on albums soon to be releashed...

When the recordings of our 2nd album with Fragile Vastness are done,i plan on recording a personal guitar instrumental album...

I just wanted to remark on the quality and style of your playing.  It is very excellent to hear.  I liked it a lot, especially the original stuff.  While I do like what you did with the covers your original stuff shows a freshness, a niceness that I love to hear.  Keep it coming.
 
PS:  I got the link to your site from a friend who thought you and I sound a lot alike on the guitar.  My wife says so too :).  I noticed a resemblance musically.  I really enjoy your work.
