I started DJ'ing in early 2002 after a few years of my love for trance and hard dance growing into a sort of obsession (but a good one). I bought my first set of sherwood belt drive turntables and a synergy hybrid mixer. Fisrt record i ever bought was marco v's album sampler. For my sets i now use 2 x Pioneer CDJ 1000 Mk3, Pioneer DJM 600, M-Audio Oxygen 49 Midi Keyboard and Ableton Live 7.

Over the years my musical taste changed. As i started to discover new and different styles of electronic dance music i slowly made the transition from trance to electro and house. From that (but not leaving it behind) i started to get into electro house and minimal techno. By this stage i have listened to and been hooked on a lot of different styles. I think its my need for things to change. It gets boring if you only listen to one type of music. My style now includes most of the aforementioned genres. Basically whatever sounds good to me, and strictly NO cheese.

So for the past 5 years ive been recording mixes, which you can listen to and download on this page, and practicing in my bedroom, trying to perfect my mixing, timing, track selction etc. My 'career' of DJ'ing in clubs is starting to take off a bit as more people are starting to notice me, ive played a few times in a local disco bar and a few parties for people i know.

On easter monday 2008 i got my very fisrt proper gig, playing in the nerve centre, Derry, doing support for the massively popular band Hot Chip for their second trip back to the nerve centre to play a dj set.

In june 2007 i reached the semi final of a DJ competition in Derry. October 2007 seen me reaching yet another semi final of an all ireland DJ competition held in Trinity Rooms in Limerick.

About 2 years ago i started to learn how to produce my own music and so bought ableton live. To date i have produced 6 tracks, which can also be listen to and downloaded on this page.
