My first love was hip-hop. Soon after my attention was placed on electronic dance music. My first record I bought (when I was 4) was Kraftwerk - Tour De France (Tower records in Torrance, Ca). I still remember the feeling I had buying a import record ( the song from the famous broom scene in Breakin' the movie). I knew at the age of 7 that I wanted to be a Dj when I went to one of my cousin's many weddings and watched how the Dj controlled the crowd. I sat on the speaker and knew that's what I wanted to do. Years went by as I dreamed of one day owning my Dj gear, while getting ready by diggin' in the crates the the local record shops. At the ages of 9-13 you could find me at Paradise Records daily. At the age 13 I moved to Salinas, Ca for a bit then back to Santa Maria then back to Salinas and back to Santa Maria ( I call it SanTha ). During that time I was introduced to a totally different blend of Freestyle, Breaks, Early Techno with a strong hip-hop base.Oh, yeah and lots of heavy metal. Totally different than the So.Cal feel. When I moved back in 1993 I was already a techno head. That year I earned enough to purchase 1 1200 and a Gemini Scratchmaster. With the help of my buddy Matt we teamed up and were DJs. One day Matt needed the dough so he sold his 1200 to me and the rest is history. I fell in love with the whole electronic scene since I first heard Power Pill the Pac-Man track and got the balls to start spinning it in 1995. That same year I hooked up with Nebula Sound Production a.k.a. Master Splinter Sound. They introduced me to the Los Angeles Rave Scene, where we supplied professional concert sound as well as opened for parties and raves with promoters like: F.A.M.I.L.Y., CPU 101, Insomniac, People Who Love You, P.H.P., Double Hit Mickey, Go Ventures and other Top promoters of that time. Since then I have taken a few breaks here and there for personal and for business reasons. I've been given the chance to play in major cities such as Chicago,IL Bakersfield,CA Los Angeles,CA Santa Barbara,CA San Diego,CA Kansas City,MO Ventura, CA Oxnard, CA Madison,WI Gary,IN, Topeka,KS Phoenix,AZ Ensenada,Mex Honolulu,HI Houston,TX Oakland,CA TJ,Mex Monterey,Ca and all around the Central Coast (San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, AIvila Beach, 5 Cities, Lompoc, Santa Ynez, Buellton, Goleta, etc.) Along side world reknown Dj's such as : Josh Winks, Armand Van Helden, John Aquaviva, Richard Humpty Vision, Dj Heather, Colette, Diesel Boy, Bad Boy Bill, Tony B!, Cazel, Hyperactive, Crystal Method, G-Spot, Dj Roc Raider, Justin Long, Cur?ous, Justin Long, Enrie, Tony B!, DJ Funk, Baddmixx, Berry Weaver, Dj Irene, Halo, Dj Baddmixx, DJ Enry, Terry Mullen and a few others. I have also lived in Topeka, KS - San Diego, Ca - Chicago,Ill - Honolulu, HI - Each of these places exposed me to a different outlook on music and have all been a factor in my mixing and programming. I thank Djs like Daniel J, Rick Rock, Micheal Anthony, G-Spot, Matthew Grim and Alan Baddmixx Boyd for giving a small town boy a shot at rockin' the inner city crowds. Djing has saved my life, I am an addict and I don't want this to stop. I express myself through music no matter what style I might be playing at the time. Hip-Hop, House, Jungle, Hardcore, Techno, Old-Skool, Breaks or str-8 up club bangers. I rock all types of people. I play for just about any type of event. From high schools to raves to private parties and fund raisers. This is what I do it's a reflection of me in a big way. Currently, I am capable of doing shows of all types for crowds up to 2000 people with my sound system alone. Please email for a quote today!!! for the 411 on what crackin', or HAWT as she would say. Go see my girl Ms. Fetty Be: http://www.fettybe.blogspot.com/ THE MIXES HERE ARE FREE FOR DOWNLOAD PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT OF YOUR HONEST OPINION, THANK YOU
