DJ 101 Was born Adrian L. Beckhorn in 1972: and he was raised in central Florida. He was introduced to the underground club scene in late 1989 at "Beecham Theater" in downtown Orlando. It wasn't long before the art of manipulating records, music and moods became his main intrest. His main influences include Dj's and producers: Kimball Collins, Dave Cannalte, Dj Icey, Dj Stylus and many more.
In early 1993,Dj 101 made his first appearence @"The Abyss", in O-town.He has regularly appeared in many clubs all over the southeast with such talents as Moby, Prodigy, Faust, D-Xtreme, Dj Stylus, Dj Icey,Brad Smith, Baby Anne, Db, Dara, Keoki, Dj Sandy and Huda Hudia to name just a few. Supporting events big and small, close to home and hours away, Dj 101's presence, energy and devotion is always in the air.
Dj 101 is currently residing in Pensacola, Florida . He also produces his own tracks with his long time partner Dj Happ-E Killer. Dj 101 is not a new name in the Florida Underground club scene. He has worked hard with over 17 years of experience behind the decks. His orginal progressive breakbeat sound is sure to move ANY audience as it has in the past,the present and the bright future ahead!
