Justin Woo AKA DJ Woo (Justin Woo - J Woo - DJ Woo... get it?) first learned how to DJ at the Electronic Artists Society at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia in 2004. As a poor student, he had to abandon it for a while, but came back in full force in mid 2006 and hasn't left the decks since. He is the resident DJ at the Poetic Voices open mic, held once a month at the Grassroots Arts Space in downtown Jersey City. He is also a fill-in sound tech for the Five Points Reading at the Silk Road Cafe in NYC's Chinatown. Justin has also DJed at fundraisers for the Hudson Pride Center, Collaborative Arts, and parties throughout the NY / NJ area.
Justin is also a spoken word artist, actor, director, and multi-disciplinary performance artist who has worked in New York City, New Brunswick, Baltimore, Hartford, and Brisbane to name a few. More of his work and appearances can be found at www.myspace.com/justinwoo.

Come Together United
Description:
This is my first attempt at putting together my own beat. It's a remix of the Beatles "Come Together" using the instrumental and the chorus, as well as the solo outro. I composed this using Ableton 7, a Trigger Finger, and a BCR2000.
