I've been into electronic/dance music for a fair old time now. I flirted with learning how to mix for years, from back in the high school days of god old UK Garage but only properly began learning how to beatmatch about a year ago, taught by my main man 'DJ Smartypants', in my old Uni town of Lufbra. He got me on my way and taught me the basics so I bought my own set up in August.

Since, I've come on a fair bit (IMO) and am still rapidly learning as well as expanding the old mp3 collection. I've snuck in a few cheeky radio sets as well, again thanks to Smarty. It takes a while but I'm now confident of what I like and what I dont like. I mainly focus on House but the scene moves so quickly and with more producers than ever out there now I find it hard to pin down a certain style or genre that I particularly favour.

All I do know was that after my first trip to Ibiza I knew I had to become a DJ! Hopefuly, I'll never look back!
