Mixing is my life outside of Architecture. However, I pursue it with equal enthusiasm and dedication. My main focus is Breakbeats, Nu Skool (135-140) and Progressive (130-132), but I also have a strong interest in Electro and Progressive House (128-130). I taught myself how to scratch by relentlessly practicing for 3 years, but I have yet to flawlessly incorporate it into my mixes with original samples. I adhere to the principles of harmonic mixing and have recorded the key and bpm of every vinyl and mp3 track I own that is worth spinning, and some that aren't just for practice. This has furthered my knowledge and understanding of electronic music as well as the quality of my mixes.
