My love for drum and bass really kicked off in 2000 after I experienced it in a big arena at Raindance. Before that I'd been on a bit of a mission finding out what music was for me, some of which I definitely wont be discussing here.
I got my decks in 2001 and started putting in some serious practice, eventually getting bookings here and there in London and Norwich (the latter of which being where I was at Uni at the time). I then helped get what is now a successful regional night 'Bounce' off the ground and have since undertaken other promotions in my home town Southend.
I started producing drum and bass in March 2005 and have found myself a new passion, now after enduring a 9-5 hell for a bit I've set myself up with a home studio and started working hard at refining my production techniques. I feel that I'm finally starting to head in the direction I want to go with my productions and am starting to control the synths rather than them controlling me.
