~ Greetings and Welcome ~
My name is Don aka The Don! Drum & Bass DJ / Junglist extraordinaire born with a breakbeat pulse, and the sub-genres that i usually play involve TechStep(hard, dubbed out), CrAzY BeAtZ, Neurofunk, LiquidFunk (Soulful), DrumFunk, Dark Dn'B, HardStep, Ragga Jungle, Hip Hop, Vocal Tunes and Jump Up! I am also currently affiliated with B3 Productions of Boston Ma.! Did i mention i can play guitar too? I began taking guitar lessons at age twelve, and i was breakdancing at age ten, so I'm open-minded to different things! I first got into the sound of Breaks, House Music and Acid House in the mid 90's, and the first Drum & Bass music I ever listened to was in '98 when a roommate let me hear some Breakbeat Era, DJ Dara, and Aphrodite Urban Jungle CD's... and so after going out to many D'n'B weekly events, clubnights and parties from Boston to NYC, I decided to shop for all types of Drum & Bass records when I went to my local record store, and I found exactly what I was looking for on various record labels; i.e. Moving Shadow, Renegade Hardware, Metalheadz, Subtitles Music, Function Recordings, Ram Records, True Playaz, Valve Recordings, Virus Recordings.. just to name a few! The first vinyls I bought from the old 4front Record Store in Boston were: Dillinja presents Cybotron "Nasty Ways" EP, Konflict's "Malestrom EP", TeeBee's "Space Age Remix", and Dom & Roland's "Can't Punish Me"! So the story goes, I have also been out to WMC in Miami a couple of times, went to some of the larger EDM parties down there and had the chance to see a lot of DJs, Producers and MCs that I hadn't seen before! for the past 10 years, I've also grown a love for PsyTrance, Progressive & Electro House and most EDM! I've always loved listening to Rock, Metal, Underground Hip Hop, and Progressive Music! I love the smell of fresh vinyls, never bought an mp3, and I have a shit ton of mostly DnB on vinyl!.. I'll make a long story short and just admit that i'm a DRUM & BASS ADDICT!.. Some of the names of places I've DJed before include Club Felt in Boston, Club Venu in Boston, Elements DnB @ Phoenix Landing, Volume Productions' Energy In Providence, The Zen Bar in Ct., a B3 Boston Booze Cruise, plus a few private parties, and i just want to do it more and more!

Cheers for the comments Don and appreciate the link to 'the_enoch'. Listening to your mixes has made being at work a whole new experience! I plug in my earphones, stick on your mixes and don't hardly take them out until the end of day.....bliss I tell you!! ;O)
I just love your hard, dark mixes which is definately my cup of tea.....and reminds me, it's time to grab a cuppa, sit back at my desk, plug in the earphones and queue up your mixes....ahh life is so hard!! ;O)
