VIIRUS::.. (aka) Ryan Bascle is a New Orleans native best known for his dark style of UK-Breaks, Hard-Trance & Drum-n-Bass. Ryan now resides in Atlanta due to the effects of hurricane Katrina. He is also the founder of Genetic Code Productions and a Promoter for Disco Productions. His journey into electronic music started back in 1989. Not yet old enough to get into night clubs. Ryan became a regular at the local teen club. After coming of age he frequented the New Orleans club scene. In 1994 Ryan joined the Army and was stationed in Frankfurt Germany. There he was introduced to the Rave scene. When returning home from the Army in 1997 after a tour of duty in Bosnia/Sarajevo, he found it was hard to speak of his experiences. Ryan needed a way to express himself and tell his story. Through this Viirus was born. Using music as his weapon of choice, Viirus is sure to push your mind and senses to the limit as he brings you on a journey to the darker side of the spectrum.
