War//breakeR- BIOLOGICAL GRAFFITI! The one like the War//breakeR has been a fan of subversive, experimental music since his early days on the planet Earth. At age 12, early inspirations from rock, metal, grunge and punk forced him to purchase an electric guitar and get to work. Though never bothering with traditional music lessons, War//breakeR always had an ear for rhythm and melody; listening to songs from his favorite bands, figuring them out, and playing them with his friends. He soon met the now legendary drummer KC Howard who he ended up playing with for years to come. Though starting with punk rock, the duo quickly expanded they’re musical interests and began playing in a number of experimental groups. Eventually during high school, they finally met the seasoned, inspirational musician named Dan Eggers and began writing high speed experimental, technical music in the vein of death metal instrumentation. After dozens of gigs as an instrumental trio and a generous following of friends and acid heads alike, they decided to release an album w/ vocals, thus entering the technical metal scene as the band Odious Mortem. After taking part in 2 world wide releases on major metal labels and a full North American Tour, War//breakeR decided that he wanted to yet again, expand his focus and rehash his romance with his long time love “Jungle/Drum & Bass.” Growing up in Southern California, War//breakeR was introduced to the thriving Los Angeles Drum & Bass scene at age 16 by a close friend. He immediately fell in love with the music and its culture. Going to numerous massives and illegal parties was the weekly routine. Still a punk rocker at the time, he was inspired by the diversity and acceptance of the Los Angeles rave scene. “It seemed as though everyone no matter what they appeared to identify with was accepted and could all rock out together. The sense of unity was awesome.” A few years later after a life changing experience in London seeing some very special, very rare sets by Storm, Ray Keith and Twisted Anger, he decided that it was time to expand a new genre into his record collection and began purchasing Jungle vinyl. Soon, “IT WAS ON!” and the quest had begun. What started as a controlled addiction quickly became a serious mission to constantly seek out new artists and recover past gems that he had only heard of or imagined. At age 18, War//breakeR moved to Santa Cruz where he met another So-Cal native, DJ Silly Kid. The two hit it off and War//breakeR frequently hung out in Silly Kid’s dorm room, mixing records on his set up and smoking obscene amounts of ganja. They met other like minded Junglists in their dormitory by the names of DJ Sik and Killjoy (EPROM). After attempting to throw some free gigs in their housing sector and getting shut down by the authorities, War//breakeR decided that he loved jungle but still wanted to focus more on guitar and metal at the time. It wasn’t until age 23 when War//breakeR became serious about djing. After a tremendous amount of inspiration and technical education from friend DJ Silly Kid, he decided it was time to start playing out and reorganizing a Junglist takeover w/ his good hommie. When djing together, the duo are known as the Enforce-R’s, paying tribute to they’re favorite experimental Jungle label of all times, Reinforced Records. Whenever you go hear War//breakeR or the Enforce-R’s play, be prepared for over the top, experimental beats. Whether dark, light, ambient, distorted, jazzy, classical, hip hop or electro influence, you will hear lots of experimentations in sound, tear out drum tracks, heavy bass lines, and gripping atmospherics. Therefore, be on the look out for both War//breakeR and Enforce-R’s gigs/mixes with affiliated teams ACTIVE MINDZ & IN2IT!

War//breakeR- Through Space & Time... vol 1 "From within to without."
lyrics to "Walls": ...desire, desire, desire, desire, Desire, desire, desire, desire, Desire, desire, desire, desire, Describe, desire, defile, deny. Defile, desire, deny, desire. Describe, describe, describe, describe. No air to breath inside your walls, Left to dream inside your walls. Left us in a wilderness, Well I can make my paradise. Without your walls I am alive, No body I, in rank and file. Girl and boy and man and wife, Flesh your measure with a smile. Have and hold and hold and have, Have and hold and hold and have. Desire, deny, deny, desire, Have a child to justify. Images that you apply, I won't bow my head in shame. I won't play the game the same, Without your walls I am alive. Without your walls we all survive, Without your walls no guilt to bear. Without your love, our love to share, Without your walls I am alive. Without your walls I am alive. Without your walls I am alive. WITHOUT YOUR WALLS I AM ALIVE...
