A big shout out to you for taking the time to see what I'm about.
A long time ago, when all that graced our ears were groups like 808 state, New Order & the like, miniscule elements of electronic sounds sparked the love & passion I have for what is today a vast sea of musical creativity.
The first time I experienced dance music mixed live, the seed was planted which has been & still is one of pure enjoyment & fulfillment.
This journey which started 16 years ago has taken me through many residencies & tours at clubs around South Africa.
From House, through Trance & Psy-Trance, it’s been a privilege exploring each genre & associated scene/movement.
Each niche-specific genre has its own intricacies lending to the splicing together of a journey.
Presently deep House & Tribal is my captor. Having come from a stint in the Psychedelic Trance experience, it’s just what the doc ordered!
Tribal has the rhythmic insistence & color of Psy-Trance without running the mind into overdrive ;-)
