Media Playback (Too Fast / Too Slow)
The issue with files being played back either slowly or way too fast is a known bug with the Flash plug-in itself. This is due to the way it deals with media encoded using a variable or non-standard sample rate. To resolve this issue you need to make sure that your media is encoded using the industry standard sample rate of 44.1khz.
